My parents were travelling from Delhi to Kolkata and I wanted a reliable cab service for airport pick-up. I called Goswami cabs and booked a sedan, explained to them that my parents will need help with the buggage. Unofrtunately, on the day of the travel I had to cancel the cab at the last minute due to a medical emergency. They were understanding of the situation and canceled without a fuss. I rebooked a few weeks later and the service was excellent. Cab and driver's details were shared before the flight. My parents reached home without any trouble. The cab driver was at the airport, on time and helped with baggage. Overall, I would highly recommend their service for a hassle free airport transfer.

Used Goswami Cabs for the two days that we were in Kolkata on a corporate visit.They offered the most affordable rates we've encountered and the cars were clean and the service efficient. The owner was very prompt in assisting when we needed his help. The cabs also arrived earlier than the requested time.Only negative experience was that driver on day one was very lethargic and not well versed with the routes and cribbing all the time though the driver on Day 2 was excellent and hence, no complaints against the company per se.Thank you so much for your services.

It was a very good travel experience with Goswami Cabs. The booking process is smooth and easy. You can book the cab by just placing a call to their posted number. We had to change the pickup time at the last minute due to our train timing getting rescheduled and a new cab was arranged by Goswami cab service without any hassle. The person driving the cab was also very polite and competent. Would surely use their service in future as well.
